He is trying to sway elections by flooding Dem states with Illegals to sway the Census which is counting all population currently and not just US Citizens. This is an attempt by Dem States to retain their electoral votes when those votes should be moving to the Red States where actual citizens moved due to poor policies, tyranny, and over-taxation.
