You want to be guilty till proven innocent after you spend thousands on attorneys because a Liberal ex-spouse or girlfriend makes bogus accusations. How about that relative or neighbor who's an extreme leftwinger and just wants your guns taken away. The police, judges, and prosecutors will side on caution yank your rights, confiscate your guns, and force you to prove your innocence at your costs. That's what the absence of due process looks like. You go from Innocent till proven guilty to being Guilty till proven innocent and if this happens just a couple times you can kiss your life savings goodbye.
